Mr. William Wortman is the Associate Director of Fixed Point Foundation.  He serves as a teacher for Fixed Point Bible Studies and occasionally does special lectures.  At "Into the Fire", Bill has been assigned two critical topics: The reliability of the Bible and Education.  He is uniquely qualified to address both.  Bill holds a Master of Arts degree from Columbia University in Classical languages and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Minnesota in Classical languages.  He has also worked at the International Bible Society in the Translations Department.  As for education, for three years Bill served as Dean of Faculty at the Westminster School and previously had taught Classical Languages, Antiquity, and Philosophy at the Altamont School.  Bill and his wife, Jenny, reside in Birmingham, AL and have four children.
